Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
By placing an order on this Site, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations:
1. All Sales Final After Production Begins
Many of our products are made-to-order. Once an item has entered production—such as custom printing, manufacturing, or personalization—the sale is final, and no returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted, except in cases of damage or error caused by us.
2. Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or simply changed your mind after purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered production or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@normalentertainment.com. Once production has started or the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. To process your claim, you are required to provide:
A detailed written description of the issue,
Clear photo(s) of the damage or incorrect item, and
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
Once we verify your claim, we will either:
Replace the item at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of your request.
